The new gym includes all new Olympic class Technogym cardio pieces and strength pieces, Kinesis One, as well as 33 new state of the art Keiser Cycle Bikes for the Spin studio. The views from the gym capitalise on the beautiful Iron Cove and Rodd Point setting; if the exercise doesn’t take your breath away, the views from your work out space most certainly will!
