Seniors
The Centre offers a variety of programs for the beginner, regular exercisers, those rehabilitating from injuries, and the more mature participant. These include aerobics, circuit training & aqua, all with uncomplicated easy to follow steps. For Seniors, participants must be over 50 years of age.
STRONG SENIORS
A combination of cardiovascular and resistance training with a balance component. Designed specifically for seniors to assist with bone density, balance and increasing overall fitness levels. Some fit ball; free weights or circuit weights included.
SENIORS AQUA
Designed specifically for seniors and working at a lighter pace. Monday and Wednesday Seniors Aqua classes in the indoor hydrotherapy pool (P1) and Friday is in the Olympic pool (seasonal pool changes).

What is Heartmoves?
Heart Foundation Heartmoves is a gentle physical activity program suitable for anyone who hasn't done any exercise in a while. You can exercise at your own pace in a friendly atmosphere.
Heartmoves is open to everyone and is designed to be safe for people with stable long term health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes or obesity.
Heartmoves is run by accredited exercise professionals specifically trained in managing safe, low to moderate intensity physical activity programs.
