The health and fitness program at L.P.A.C offers all the latest innovations in fitness equipment and programming. We have an extensive array of new pin loaded and pure strength machines along with a large complemment of free weights and kinesis one.

To satisfy the cardio junkie we have all the latest Technogym cardio equipment including fully programmable treadmills, bikes, eliptical cross- trainers, rowers and steppers. Individual machines have their own integrated active TV interface and ipod docking stations.
